Show&Tell is an accessible educational program born from the collaboration between Ardesia Projects & Twenty14. Through a calendar of monthly meetings, workshops and special projects, Show&Tell is an space for mutual support and experimentation dedicated to artists working with photography.







PROGRAMMING 2023


Set Up! Exhibition Test Workshop 2023, w/ Fonderia 20.9 



Set Up! is an annual exhibition design workshop led by Benedetta Casagrande (Ardesia Projects) and Elena Vaninetti (Twenty14). The workshop aims to create a horizontal and collaborative working process, in which participants will be able to experiment and find the most suitable exhibition format for their work. Participants will be encouraged to move away from classic approached to photographic exhibitions, exploring site-specific approaches and the use of different media. They will also learn how to develop an exhibition plan based on a real space. An opportunity to experiment with methods of finalising your project and to see your works produced.

The final objective of the workshop is the creation of a collective installation, which will be presented to the public in the form of a pop-up exhibition at Fonderia 20.9, Verona.

Participants will be selected by Ardesia Projects, Twenty14 and Fonderia 20.9 through a free open call. For more information and to participate in the call, click here.















An Ecology of Photography w/ The Sustainable Darkroom 



A three day workshop centered on learning photographic practices with low environmental impact held by The Sustainable Darkroom.

The Sustainable Darkroom will share  knowledge accumulated over years of research and experimentation, guiding the participants through the basics of sustainable thinking and alternative photographic methods that employ foraged plants, kitchen waste and sunlight.






The workshop will take place in the countryside of the province of Varese, Italy, in proximity to the lake. Participants will camp for three days in the private woods surrounding the main house hosting the workshop, and will spend most of their time participating in outdoor activities.

Peer-review Sessions


A series of monthy peer-review session, organised to create an accessible space for mutual support in the development of new projects using photography as a language.  

Participants are invited to bring a project proposal or an ongoing body of work to discuss and find support in the creative process through collective feedback, research and mutual exchange. In the meetings, characterised by a horizontal format, you will be able to find support in the process of developing, editing and finalising your project and expand your network of acquaintances in the area.

Afterschool Club

A series of artists talks, held every three months, where two S&T participants are invited to present their work together with an external professional. A moment of exchange and an opportunity to get to know professionals from the sector up close.
